Pitching the Golf Ball with your Body

In this video, Jason Sutton of the Dana Rader Golf School demonstrates a drill to help you pitch the ball better. He calls it a “body pitch” where you pitch the ball more by pivoting than you do by swinging your arms and hands. Obviously there is a balance between the two, but the fact is you need to really work on the tendency to through your arms and hands at the ball and have it get out of sequence with your body.
